Student Records Retention Policy
Last updated: June 17, 2026
So we can verify the credentials we issue and support you over time, we retain certain learning records. This policy explains what we keep and for how long. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.
What we keep
Your account details and enrollment history.
Completion records, grades, exam and assessment results, and the certificates we issue.
Records needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain core academic records (enrollments, completions, and issued credentials) for a minimum of five years after you complete or withdraw from a program, so we can verify a credential if you or an employer asks. Financial records are kept for the period required by law.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your records, ask us to correct them, or request deletion at any time, subject to the legal retention periods above. To make a request, use our Contact page. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of your data rights.
